I got a glazed donut at this store. Store was clean, and staff was friendly. The donut was just ok. Bathrooms were closed and not available at the time of my visit. This is store is a good option to grab a check coffee and a donut to go.

Very unfortunate that I have to give one of my favorite chains from the East Coast 2 stars. The donuts are great, and the place is clean. But the staff is completely mis-managed and unprofessional. It takes them 20 minutes to prepare a bagel sandwich in relatively light traffic because the stand preparing the order work really slow or are confused about something. I’ll return because this is the only DD in the Bay Area but the place could be run so much better…

The donuts were soggy like they were frozen and defrosted. The sales person gave me the wrong donuts, when I went back in to get the right donuts she argued with me what was old fashioned and what is plain! And then she had a rude comment.

Really bad customer service. Not even greeting the customers and rud actitud with clients. I came today Wednesday and this young girl helped me, she didn’t even say good morning and with angry actitud she throw the donuts in the box. I told her that she needs to have a better customer service and another girl working there look at her and both start laughing. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
