The owner needs to sell the store to someone who cares. The kids in there are not staffed properly. I ended up leaving without my food that I paid for thru the app because after a 20 minute wait, I had to literally go off just to get served the coffee. I don’t blame the workers, who were clearly doing their best. This is on ownership and management.

I’m not able to review the food for I’ve been sitting in the Drive-Thru for I’d say at least 25 minutes nobody ever came on the intercom and now I’m stuck behind other cars making me late for work I’m unable to exit this restaurant in order to get to work on time. I would definitely not recommend coming here if you’re looking to grab something to eat or coffee before work because they will make you late

The management uncaring of their facility. Parked in front of the speaker for 15minutes, had to go to the pick up window to place my order. Everyone with headsets on standing in one location. Associates with hair completely unkempt. If they don’t upkeep their hair, how do you think they upkeep the facility? Just very unprofessional & unclean looking workers & location. Would not be eager to come back here. Very unpleasant.

The cashier Nutria took our order while she was cleaning. We gave her some time to prepare our order. She didn’t wash her hands and made our order. The coffee was just glass of milk and ice and froth of coffee. The worst place to waste your money and time.

The employee came off of break to help me at the counter. She was touching her phone and face while on break. She did not wash her hands before making my coffee. I stopped other employee and told him to have her wash her hands before making my sandwich. He said someone else would be making my sandwich and she made it. She had on gloves but I don’t think she ever washed her hands. It was just too fast. Then I made sure to touch her gloved hand when getting my sandwich so she would have to switch gloves and she went to making someone else’s coffee. I didn’t eat my sandwich and want a refund for it. Tell them employees to wash their hands it’s the bare minimum.

Not only was my food poor quality, or my drink bitter and gross, but the employees horrible attitude at the drive through window is what complete ruined my experience today.The girls that worked there previously were wonderful and always get my order right.

They are never open on time. They should change there hours of operation if they can’t open on time. I would stop there every morning if it was. As of now I will never stop again. They don’t even put up any signs opening late so you just sit at the speaker for nothing. I can’t imagine how many customers your establishment has lost.
