We waited 45 minutes in line. Just to be told their credit card machine is down, and they don’t accept cash. They were only willing to do room charge, but not willing to set it up for us. They claimed they had announced that there machine was down, but no one in my group ever heard them say anything. I would say they provided poor service but infact, they gave us no service at all. The manager was just standing there. Not doing anything. Apparently he thinks handing empty cup to the baristas is beneficial. Never again.

Had a 15 min. wait time in line with only 2 people in line, 5 people behind the counter. 1 person taking the order while 3 were having personal conversations and 1 walking back and forth behind the counter wondering what to do. I received my order 12 later. I was pretty patient but Employees Need more training and direction.

Long line at 7:30 am which was expected… breakfast items such as coffee and sandwiches were okay… donuts were fresh… BREAKFAST CREW was terrible. Girl serving the donuts was barely awake (I had to repeat everything I say to her), girl serving coffee could’ve easily burned us by giving us coffee which was filled to the brim. Good thing husband removed his coffee cup lid carefully and warned me… and the guy making the sandwiches was rude, almost threw the coffee creamer container at the counter when we asked for some… we chose to let everything pass for the sake of other customers patiently waiting in line.

NOT Celiac friendly despite being located inside Great Wolf Lodge that claims to be Celiac and food allergy friendly. Couldn’t even order bacon in a bag without being given a croissant with bacon and cheese which completely misses the point. Was told they don’t offer snacking bacon anymore after being handed a croissant based sandwich. Advised the gal that no one at the register told us that. “Oh, this is the only way we sell it now.” I explained, people with Celiac’s cannot eat bread, wheat, gluten, I can’t do anything with this… And received a blank stare. Finally, she offered a side of bacon. Then, she went to put it in the bag with the croissant. So frustrating. (The side of 4 bacon halves was tasty, so an extra star for that.) Others in the family got donuts, in a separate bag. Be forewarned, they are beyond sweet.
