Went here to get an iced caramel macchiato. The young lady at the register was extremely rude saying “iced americano” over and over like it was funny when it’s clear I said macchiato. Then proceeds to give me a americano. So I ask for it to be remade for them to remake it the same way. Not to mention all of them inside are high school students just messing around not actually doing their jobs. I will not return here.

Great service, coffee, and donuts! I ordered an iced signature latte with whipped cream but one of the workers forgot to add it (and even chose a lid that didn’t allow for the cream) but the guy who rung me up noticed and fixed it! Their donuts were delicious and fresh too. (05/2/21)

Very disappointed in the cold brew coffee that I ordered. It looked nothing like the picture on their website. I guess I could have said something but for the sales price of $2.00, I didn’t feel like arguing. Also the taste was very bitter compared to most cold brews that I drink.

Being that this is Dunkin’, expectations are essentially mediocre in general, but this location is strange in that they seem to often or maybe even always have the lobby closed during business hours, which is really upsetting when I walk over, wanting to get a donut, but when I come in my car service and quality are all okay.
