First time trying Dunkin donuts, also my last time. I ordered an iced caramel latte and a dozen donuts, but only received 8 donuts. The latte was okay but for the price I’d rather just get dutch bros, Starbucks or McDonald.

Everyone here is super friendly. I had to add something to my order at the payment window and the staff did so without hesitation, very sweet of them. I got the avocado toast and a caramel iced latte and they were both exactly what I was looking for. They have real coffee!!! As in a cup of Joe. They don’t offer an Americano in place of a cup of coffee that’s actually brewed! Believe it or not,.most coffee shops don’t actually have coffee, they want to give you two shots of espresso in a cup of water instead and that’s not coffee.

I used to be a die hard dunkin fan but I will no longer be wasting money here……. Seems like they are always messing up lately on orders and I mean In The past few months I got charged for 4 drinks not 2 that I ordered Or not being given food I ordered and paid for cause they forgot and more.. and today was the last straw I’m a barista too btw lol (just to lazy to make my own drinks) making a caramel macchiato isn’t hard especially when it’s hot because you don’t have to worry about the layered esthetic but I ordered a hot caramel macchiato with almond milk size medium ($6.03 cash)and I got served a small house coffee with milk there was no sweetness whatsoever I understand A caramel macchiato can be a little tad bit bitter as I’m very familiar with my usual drink but usually you can still taste a little bit of sweetness this was a big Fail and then I went to go into the lobby to deal with this in person to be nice about it but the lobby is closed and a packed drive through not happy …nasty
