Horrible service. I ordered 4 drinks and the guy at the window was rude. Went back in because he gave me one of the drinks in a small when I had paid for a medium. I also wanted to get one of the drinks hot instead of iced. I told the girl in there and she replied with “uh” and turned around and grabbed the rude guy. He told me you ordered all iced drinks. I said ya my mistake I meant for this to be hot. Still charged me and was rude and didn’t care. So I spent over $30 on 4 drinks. Completely ridiculous. If you hate your job go work somewhere else.

Terrible business. The owners are rude as hell. They yell at you, talk over you, ignore you when you are asking a question. Ordered 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream and got charged 14.58. Owner refused to look at the receipt just kept saying I was not over charged. Owner was yelling at other staff as well as speaking in another language on the phone. (They rarely have all the options available for door dash orders also. )

Sometimes Dunkins’ have charged for a cup of tap water, and I very much appreciate when they don’t. Not only was the water for my pup free; it was in a giant cup and very much appreciated. Thank you!

Horrible experience. Spent over half an hour there, all of which was standing in line. I ordered an iced coffee and was told I had to order my son’s ice cream at the next register, which was clearly marked closed. I got to that register, and was told that I could get the ice cream but had to go back to the back of the line at the first register and pay for it. I sat him down with his ice cream and then waited in line for another 15 minutes to pay. Then the girl charged me FOR THE CUP that was holding the ice cream!!! I questioned it, and the young man working there corrected her, refunded me. By the time I got back to the table, he had finished. So much for sharing in conversation and a treat. Really disappointing, Dunkin is my go-to in every state I travel.

I understand it was very recently opened and people are still learning. But please show them again how to make a cappuccino blast. The few I’ve had didn’t have enough of the coffee mix in it. Tasted to much like vanilla ice cream. Also was many ice chunks, made it hard to drink with the straw.

I asked for two bagels with cream cheese and got no cream cheese on either. My supposed to be iced drink was lukewarm and the wrong size, the service was horrible not only for me but for two girls who waited for nearly 10 minutes to even order their food when nobody else was in line, the ceiling was leaking, I was given the wrong change, and the girl taking my order didnt take it for a while because she was talking to someone outside of the restaurant who was trying to fix a flag. I like Dunkin a lot more than starbucks but after this I’ll be drinking starbucks instead. Update: I found a hair in my drink AND on one of the bagels. Needless to say, I didn’t eat or drink any of what I paid for. I’m never coming back.
