Wow I think the baristas need to be reminded that customers can see directly into the shop and what they are doing. So, so dirty. Watched my barista pull my shot, have at least half of it go not in the cup, she flips the cup for the last dribbles. I had to ask her to pull another or she would have put the first one in my drink. Terrible service, terrible drink. And please, clean the machine and the cups that you pour espresso into. Those things look disgusting and caked in grossness. Worst $18 two cups of coffee I’ve ever bought.

Lol! Well at least the coffee was OK. They forgot the whip cream on one mocha, so they put it on top of the to-go cup lid!? We had an order of four coffees, speed and staff were just ok.

Employees are friendly. Waits aren’t too long. However, for the past few months regardless of what kind of coffee I get it seems I get the same thing everytime. Burnt espresso. Not sure what’s the cause but I’ve bought two completely separate flavors/types of coffee and have been completely unable to distinguish the two. Shame considering they used to be my favorite coffee place.
