Ordered a family style pizza so I could get a free 1 liter of soda as advertised. I was denied the 1 liter as at time pick up I was advised it applies to “phone orders” only. Figure online orders help keep there staff free from taking constant calls.

I have been to this pub several times for a drink. Today I decided to have dinner. Unfortunately, as I had expected, the typical pub food in particular, the chicken was dry and the ribs were not very good. The service is very cordial and nice. As for me, this place is absolutely not for dinner.

Both my wife and myself ordered the Durban Special. It was a hand pressed Italian sausage sandwich on garlic bread. It was very good. We had never been there before so we ordered a small pizza just to see how good it was. The pizza was average. I gave it a 7.1 on onebite. Overall decent neighborhood spot.

We love Durbin’s. It’s been a local hangout of ours for years, but last year we did our first Touch-A-Truck charity event and they were right on board as soon as we asked them. Everyone at the event really enjoyed the pizza and sangria. We had way more people than we expected and they had to run back to get more pizza several times, but we never ran out and they did it all without a breaking a sweat, well maybe a little it was a hot day! Great people to work with. Hope you can make it back this year. Thanks!
