One of the more reasonably priced restaurants in the BC plaza. Cowboy kinda atmosphere with ample seating outdoors and inside. Good for families, Happy Hour or a quick bite. Many menu selections however some are better than others. The wait staff is friendly but they appear to be overworked at times. Food service is relatively quick, some items are most likely prepped in advance so choose wisely. Good beverage selections and close to lodging and lifts.

The Dusty Boot was a nice place to eat. The service was quick and the food came fast. There was just this minor feeling of not being welcome. Either that or the staff was not in a good mood which is why I had to go four stars. My burger was the fat boy which is a BBQ burger. After not really finding any BBQ sauce on the burger I did have to ask for more which was quickly delivered. So like I said, the service was good. The burger was decent as well.

For beautiful resort location, the atmosphere was enjoyable, however inside the restaurant the wait staff was rude and misunderstood requests. The main meals we purchased were average. The buffalo chicken loaded ranch tots were pretty delicious, I’d recommend those.

We had an okay experience at Dusty Boot. We had the edamame to start and it was just plan edamame and was nothing special for the price. I got the shrimp power bowl and my wife got the shrimp tacos. She enjoyed her tacos and while the shrimp on my bowl were tasty, the rest was rather plain. But the service was very slow and not too friendly. And for what it was, the price was very high. I understand that this is an expensive area but we have eaten at several establishments in the Vail and Aspen areas and there are many places with better food for less.
