The service at Dutch bros is always great but when I had my coffee It was only satisfactory. Dutch bros is great for its variety of drinks. If you don’t like coffee they have many other better options such as their rebels.

They are usually friendly and great and make good drinks BUT not a 5 star because the app AND Google both says they don’t close until 11, went to get an energy drink on a Saturday to get my husband an energy drink because he needs it (not gunna explain) but I got there at 10 and they were closed. I understand wanting to go home early but it’s a Saturday, management needs to look into that.

Drive thru line was packed so we decided to park and walk up to the window. Ordered our drinks, waited, and the drive thru line was already empty by this time. Still didn’t get our drinks. New cars pulled up and got theirs and drove off. 30 mins passed, I walked up and asked about our drinks. Got attitude reply and was told to wait and that “we’ll literally do them right now”. So before I walked up, they weren’t even planning to make them? No apology or anything. Very unpleasant service.
