Stopped in to order the Firecracker Rebel that was released today. Had to reorder without a soft top due to dairy allergy. Manager yells at person taking orders then comes to the window and lies straight to my face they can’t make it because the ingredients don’t come in until later today umm I literally had one in my hand seconds before. I tell her it’s all over FB, the DB app and email she refuses to remake it and ask what other flavor we want that its not released until the 1st. It’s one thing to say oh they messed up and shouldn’t of made it’s another thing to 100% make up a lie and refuse to remake something that 1 is released today and 2 I’ve already seen be made

Sad that they no longer have heavy cream as an option. Music wasn’t too loud this time. I don’t love the coffee beans they use and I understand why everyone gets super sugary drinks….to cover up the horrible taste of their coffee. I usually drink hot americano but NOT at Dutch because their coffee is the worst.

We were on a road trip to Oregon from Canada, and we had heard a bunch about Dutch Bros so decided to stop. We ended up at the Pendleton location and made an effort to come through again on our way home even though it was a bit out of our way due to how amazingly we were treated the first time. Big shout out to Caden, for his enthusiasm and customer service.
