Order completely wrong for all 3 of us. Iced coffee was quite bitter, considering we ordered hot coffee. Owners need to slow the process down. The staff were moving at break neck speeds. Found it uncomfortable to watch. Probably why our order was wrong. Would like to see a calm, focused, relaxed crew. I think my coffee would have been better if I knew it wasn’t rushed.

This location has to be the slowest in Spokane. You can always count on having to wait a minimum of 15-20 minutes in line, while at others (in spokane) that are just as busy you are through the line in about 10 minutes. I’m not sure if they’re under staffed or what, but I’ve never seen them take the tablet outside to take orders in line when every other dutch bros does that when it gets backed up and I feel like that would make a HUGE difference in the amount of time it takes to get through that crazy line.

I love the fact that most of the time people that work at Dutch Bros are happy and at least act like they want to be there But I feel they are actually genuine. Some other places, that shall remain nameless, appear to not enjoy their jobs and I feel like a burden to them trying to get my coffee.

Chelsea was AMAZINGLY sweet. I asked to make sure she put extra sweet because they didn’t put it last time at a different location, and she was incredibly attentive. Even if I didn’t say anything, her sweetness would’ve made up for it. Everybody needs a Chelsea!!!!

Seriously. Just yummmm. I have yet to have a bad experience at any one of the locations I’ve visited (quite a few). Always friendly and helpful. Coffee is amazing and the mochas are made with chocolate milk. Soooo good!!

Set in line for about 10 minutes and the car in front of the line of about 8 cars was there for about 6 minutes. I’ve never had to wait this long in a line to be serviced and nobody even came out to take orders
