After passing by a few times and being distracted by the delicious aroma I finally decided to go in. I must say, I was not disappointed. The inside was clean and not too busy at the time so I didn’t have to wait too long. The fries were fresh, hit and tasty. The sandwich itself was full of flavor. I did not expect to be taken aback by just how delicious it tasted. I also enjoyed a crisp, refreshing juice Lilikoi Lemonade. They had some unique sauces that really added to the overall flavor which left me feeling pleasantly full. Whenever I get the chance I always like to stop by for a good bite. Definitely recommend!

I previously rated this sandwich shop with 5 enthusiastic stars. I hadn’t been for a while, and this time I was severely disappointed in the food. They have always been consistent about flavor balance, especially between the bread and the filling. The crunchy, crusty, french bread is gone. Now it’s a basic white roll. And there was so much vinaigrette on my Italian sandwich that I couldn’t taste the meat. It was soggy. So much for balance. At the price I expect more. Going back to Subway.

10/10. We have been looking for a good sandwich shop on island for so long!! I ordered the earls cheese steak and my husband ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich both with fries and they were absolutely amazing. Even after a 1 hour drive to the beach the sandwiches were still fresh & the chicken was still crispy! The fries are delicious BUT that house made ketchup was the best I’ve ever had! Such a good spot!! Plus they’re the only place ive found my favorite chips from childhood:)

I tried the 12” Spicy Chicken Club with Jalapeño Ranch Fries and I must say, they both were wonderful. Could’ve used a little more sauce on the sandwich but it was still great. Will definitely return. They offer inside and outside seating but you must have vaccine card.

I was disappointed with EARL overall. The first thing you notice when you order is the price. These sandwiches are pricey. Portion size is decent, and it’ll fill you up, but you’re paying $15 or so dollars for a sandwich. I had the Cubano and was disappointed with it, but maybe I had the wrong expectation. It felt like a checklist of Cubano elements but none of the follow through. It was not flattened, I barely tasted the pickle and mustard, and the meats felt like generic deli cuts. The waffle fries I ordered on the side were absolutely fantastic, though. Best part of the meal. I really wanted to like this place, but it felt like an overpriced sandwich that was just mediocre.

BEST SANDWICHES ON OAHU. and the best sandwiches I’ve ever had and I’m not normally a huge sandwich person. Their French dip is INSANE. Already had it twice within the past week. Their po boi chicken sandwich is also unreal. For non-meat eaters or looking for something a little lighter, the fun beet is super fresh and delicious. The lilikoi lemonade is perfect too. It’s not too sweet. The garlic fries were the only downside, they were good but because we can only do take out right now, they got soggy and mushy so I bet they would be better fresh and eaten right away. Can’t recommend this place enough. The staff is friendly and pretty quick service.
