Met a friend for lunch, first time here. It was alright. I had the pepper steak and the flavor was different than usual. Different in an okay way but eeehhh not so great. The service was good but then again there was really no one there. Good portion of food though. For 2 lunch plates a water and tea, it was about $25. Would I go back, probably not, there’s many other better Chinese spots. This place was just in the area.

Wow! I was just really craving some sushi and was not disappointed! In fact, I cannot remember the last time I’ve tasted a roll made with so much love at this price point. I’ll definitely be coming back to try their main entrees. If they’re made with anywhere near as much attention as this salmon-avocado roll, I just found a go-to Asian restaurant and a hidden gem to tell people about .

The location is fairly lackluster in appearance. My wife was extremely skeptical about the quality of food and whispered repeatedly ‘let’s go’. After speaking with other patrons they each assured me that the food was good and worth it. I’m glad o listened and the food was pretty top notch. Portions were larger than expected yet not unnecessarily so. The hostess was very freindly and I’ll gladly go back as there is not much in the way of Chinese food options on the south side and this was more than tolerable and was extremely enjoyable

Extremely horrible food. Chicken was watery almost raw and not the right texture. I told the waitress there was also a hair in there she told me there was a food cancellation and I could accept his order for free and it was more expensive. So it was also horrible. The hot and sour soup was chunky like slime it seemed like it was frozen before this. When I went to pay I was expected to pay full price and apparently the 2 dish was not even more expensive I was lied to. There was no revue d. I asked to speak to someone else. The server told me that they would say the same thing and I could not get a refund. Be careful this food will make you sick. She also claimed they have health inspections every 3 months hopefully this next one catches them.

This has been our go to for the last few years, because it’s close and convenient. We always thought the food was really good compared to other choices in the area, but not this last time. I ordered the orange chicken dinner and the sauce tasted burnt plus it was watery. The crab rangoons were dry and had a wired taste. We spent around $70 on food for a family of four and everything was either burnt or dry.

Myself and a couple of co-workers went to EJ China bistro and Sushi today for lunch. I’ve been there in the past and the food was pretty good but the last time I went it wasn’t very so good. This time the food was not good at all! I ordered the pepper steak the meat was very fatty, chewy, and strange in color and texture. Is was also tough. The rice seems stale. My coworkers order combination fried rice and tjt order of the shrimp was pungent. Very bad experience at EJ China today. We I formed the wait staff about our experience in hopes that they can make some sort of improvement on the future. The place was nearly empty and I see why. I will not be back.

It was good , I have a hard time distinguishing small differences in Chinese food that makes 1 better than others. I went here for lunch and was the only person there. It was on one of those winter days that a lot of people were home staying warm. I liked it , I thought it was a little more expensive than it should of been. I have been coming here for a long time, and it is not as good as it once was. The food was cold, and their remedy was to microwave it. The tea was soured. Waitresses were not overly concerned with the issues. Hopefully, they can fix the issues and be good again.

(The lemon chicken picture was from 4 years ago when the food was Delicious!!)Went in recently and the food was Nasty, I didnt even eat but a few bites! The shrimp fried rice was so gross it had no flavor and was mushy. The egg drop soup was good. The lemon chicken now was totally different from my picture 4 years ago didnt get a picture. But it wasnt good either. Paid way too much for some nasty food! Won’t be returning unfortunately.
