This isn’t the same Eagens you grew up with. Hamburger patties are dinky, price is astronomical, the straws they give you to drink a shake are so tiny it’s almost impossible to drink the shake, and the goop is all wrong. Really disappointed to see what happened to the place. It used to have great energy with all the teens working there, now it has a handful of people who don’t seem to want to be there but are always there. I tried 3 different times, we won’t be back now.

We went to Eagan’s to give them a try. The food is ok however after checking my receipt, I found that we were overcharged by almost $15 for a meal for 2. The kids who are working there were easily in their late teens/early 20s so I’m not sure where to point the blame. The exterior of the building is run down and not sure if the inside is open for dining. Overall this place is untrustworthy, and after seeing other recent reviews they probably could care less.

So sad to say, but this place ISN’T the same as Big Tom….the burger made me call out loud “where’s the beef?” in my car and was $11 and $7 for a shake is DUMB. Sorry but the current owners just don’t seem to be right for this biz….x fingers things change.

I waited in line to spend $68 on our family of four today. There were 10 French fries in the $11 mini corn dog meal I got for my daughter. The patties on burgs are the thinnest (actually a friend had a Wendys burger at the same time so we compared). The patties aren’t even a 10 to 1! The price gouging is outrageous here. We own a restaurant in town… We know the costs of food and labor. I went here OVER the fast food chain our friends wanted and then met at the park to let our kids play. Never again! The name Eagans gets people to come here…. The prices and lack luster quality mean we won’t be back. Oh, I forgot to add that my son wanted a hot dog. If it’s going to be a hot dog with goop, sliced and then on a burger bun, maybe it should be called a hot dog burger?

Ordered small salted caramel shake, BBQ burger, and butterscotch malt. Took a picture of the menu with updated prices for 2021, and the ‘small’ size shake next to a large mcdonald’s soda cup for size reference. The shake was bursting with flavor, they didn’t skip out a bit on loading it up, it was delicious. The butterscotch malt needed to be stirred a little and wasn’t as powerful as expected. The BBQ burger also burst with flavor and I’d highly recommend. The only downside is the price, $8.80 for a single burger with a seemingly regular bun, vegetables, and sauces. $5 per shake is expensive as well but a lot closer to it’s actual value than the burger. That is why it loses a star, the value isn’t there for the price, although if we ignore the price it’s definitely 5 stars.

Service is slow, but its okay because they are crafting an amazing burger. The shakes are good, and the goop goes well on everything

$12 for a cheeseburger without any fries or drink! What a rip off. Beef isn’t that much wholesale, it is even that much retail. Higher priced food for lower quality ingredients. The new owners are price gouging customers. I will not be going back.

This place used to be an icon. It’s gone down hill over the last few years. Food quality has gotten worse, wait times are long, and food prices are exorbitant.
