Probably the worse managed location of the franchise. Delivery is constantly a toss up. I’d say out of my 20 plus orders, they get everything right about 60% of the time. My last order was charged to my card and never showed, it will be my last. Pizza is good when they get it right, but attention to detail is seriously lacking.

We order from Eagle One about once a month, at least. I generally order on line and them go pick up the order through either the drive up window or inside at the counter if there’s a line at the drive up window. My absolute favorite is to order the 2 topping pizza and select pepperoni as both toppings. It’s pepperoni overload and a pepperoni lovers dream. We also like the Supreme or works, I forget what they call it, but it has everything on it.

We always order through them, but the last 3 times we ordered, it took longer than usual. Yesterday it took 3 hrs to get our order. I will continue to order through them because they are local and good, but I hope it changes back to the way it used to be. Gyro is good.

Shout out to the guys working at Eagle One tonight. It was so great to see everyone hustling with smiles and positive attitudes. It tasted just like Godfathers to me!! I’m from Kansas City and was visiting for a softball tourney and my daughter saud she wanted pizza so I googled and they were right down the street from our hotel..Called in the order. Had an all meat and a dozen wings.. He said my price would be $20 and I had to ask him a couple times if the price was right!! Lol It was very good and the drummets were huge!! Daughter and I really enjoyed it!!

Their delivery range is 10 miles while the store is in the middle of no where. If you’re going to offer delivery in the country you might go further than next door. I really like their food and it’s affordable but the delivery situation at this location is crazy

Given an hour delivery time. Went over the hour delivery time. Called Eagle and the response i got was “it’s only 5 min late”. Not true. the response time i received was 8:39. It was 9:00 when i called. Doesn’t matter if it’s 5 min late or 20 min. If a business’s standard is “it’s only 5 min. late” that’s pathetic!
