I see these guys often while traveling. This time decided to give it a shot. I got the brisket sandwich and it was great. Good portion sizes as well. I got fries (or wedges) with it as well. Inside the casino made the atmosphere a little more cooool. Would definitely recommend

45 minutes to get my sandwiches. The kitchen staff appears to have no clue what they are doing. I guess that’s to be expected when no manager can be found. No one is responsible at this store and no one cares. I feel like an idiot having spent my money here…. shame!

Showed up. They’re out of chicken. Most of the sandwiches we wanted need chicken. It’s inside of Cadillac Jack’s so unless you’re going there anyway don’t bother. Huge hassle to get to for a subpar sandwich.

The sandwiches here are amazing. My absolute favorite is the holiday turkey sandwich, it is so delicious! I also like the earls club, it is a classic sandwich but better than normal because it is Earl of sandwich! We don’t have Earl of sandwich back where I am from so this was a treat and we ate here multiple times on vacation. Price is very reasonable for what you get.

We eat here quite often and never had any issues. That was until Saturday, we ordered our lunch. We sat there watching other customers order, eat and leave after us. After waiting for 20 minutes my husband went to check why it’s taking so long. The teanage boy told him that the other person took our food. Mind you, we watched this kid hand them what was our food. They opened up the sandwiches and touched them. They took them back up to the counter and told them they were the wrong ones. The kid turns to my husband and hand the bag to him. My husband said no I won’t take this after someone else touched them. The kid so I have to make new ones. My husband said yes. The kid turned and started working on orders. Another 15 minutes past and I went up to the counter. There were 5 people in the kitchen and not one of them would acknowledge me. Finally the kids said you’re waiting on your food. I said yes for over 45 minutes now. He said well it’s not my fault the other person took your food. I said yes it is, you handed it to him and didn’t even ask him what his order was. You just gave it to him. This kid took his gloves off and walked out. Still not one of 4 others would help me. Finally after waiting longer a lady came to the counter and headed me a bag and walked away. There was no management around to speak to. I can’t believe this is how they treat there Customers and get away with it. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Owners: you need to retain your employees on his to treat their customers!!

Absolutely terrible experience, we DISTINCTLY expressed that we were ALLERGIC to milk, as in we have Epi-pens for our allergies, and they smothered my sister and I’s bread in butter(MILK), and then they put chipotle sauce(BUTTERMILK) and cheddarCHEESE on my mothers sandwich. We were miserable the entire night after we ate. We went to this establishment because online they expressed that they had a vegan sandwich, so we chose to go here for dinner, because nowhere else in town had options for us. If anyone is vegan or has a milk allergy, do NOT go to this location.
