Today I had the Cannonballs meatball sandwich and Mac- n-cheese. Sandwich was tasty, with melted mozzarella and a nice crisp to the bread. The Mac n cheese was good, comes in a foil tray with melted cheddar cheese. They put it into the oven to melt the cheese. This makes it nice and hot. The one negative was that I ordered wheat bread and they didn’t have it. This location at Downtown Summerlin must be the smallest.

I ordered a Cobb salad that was made to order with uncooked chicken. When I presented my dish to the cashier, she stated she was new and couldn’t do anything about it. The women preparing the food was also touching her face and phone then preparing food without changing her gloves. She said she didn’t speak English so I spoke in Spanish and she changed her gloves. However no refund was issued for my meal or my fiancés. We will not be inclined to try another meal from this establishment.

Service was fast. I liked the soups better than the sandwiches. I liked that they used whole green leaf lettuce instead of iceberg lettuce. I had to try Earl of Sandwich since it’s not in my neck of the woods. Don’t know if I would try it again. It’s better than Subway, but not memorable.

They had a half salad half sandwich deal on the menu but you couldn’t eat order it because “it wasn’t a real deal”. Whatever so I order a Cobb salad. The chicken was raw in the salad. Didn’t notice until I had already taken a few bites. The staff didn’t care. They were also making food and texting etc messing with their phones while cooking. Hella unsanitary. Unprofessional. Do not recommend 0/10. The printer also wouldn’t print receipts so they refused to issue a refund.

We keep wanting to try this place but every time we’ve gone, they’ve been closed. Google Maps says they close at 8, but their door actually says 7, so the first time it wasn’t their fault. But tonight we made a special trip and made sure to be there before 7 and at 6:45 they were completely closed and dark, with no employees to be seen cleaning up. Another lady arrived at the same time as us and had made a mobile order and was there to pick it up.

Geez…. This place has great sandwiches but and customer service is lacking starting with the owner/manager. They were so backed up from online orders and while the two employees tried to keep up….manager just tried to look busy breaking down boxes. We waited 20 minutes to order and 30 minutes for our sandwiches.

Tried Earl of Sandwich today for the first time. Ordered a original 1762. Last time I’ll make that mistake. The roast beef was tougher than my 30yr old Doc Martens. I’m telling ya. I couldn’t even naw off one bite. If I hadn’t already been on the road I would have gone back for a refund. I was starving so I managed to pull off the cheese and have a cheese and horseradish sandwich.
