My wife called in a to-go order, have been eating at this location since before we moved to OK in 2012 and never had a bad experience, until today. I stood in line to get my order, the cashier shoved a number across the counter and in a bored voice ask what I needed, set the order on the counter, took my card and handed me a receipt all while having a conversation with another employee. No emotion, no thank you. The only good part of this experience was the food, which we and our guest enjoyed.

Had Lunch there today, in the past the food has been great but today not so much. Ordered the kids meal chicken strips, like I said in the past everything we tried was great , today it seemed like they changed the chicken they use for the strips. Wife ordered a potato, it was over cooked, she could tell that it had been sitting in a warmer due to the skin being so tough. I took a chance and tried the Irish Elvis Nachos, big let down. They were lukewarm at best, and not much flavor. For the price I would expect better.

Was okay. Hubby and I are doing keto, and we thought we’d get a decent amount of meat and keto friendly sides. Chicken was good. Brisket was very minimal & very dry and not flavorful; I needed some BBQ sauce to get it down. His bologna was not good at all- he didn’t eat it & I couldn’t either. Deviled eggs were the best thing I had – realllly tasty. Staff were all super friendly. May try once again, but, for the little you get for the price I won’t hurry back

Update: The GM was apologetic about the experience we had yesterday and genuinely seemed appreciative to know about it. I really think this was a one-time problem, not at all typical for them, and they made it right with me. I will definitely be dining there again.

The smell when you walk in just makes your mouth start watering. The food was delicious and was a good helping of it also. The workers were all very nice. We definitely will remember this place next time we are around this area.

I can see why they decided to call this a rib palace… It’s their strong suit, for sure. My first time here, I got a “binge” sampler – three ribs, chopped brisket, hot link, smoked bologna, plus two sides. All good, but the ribs were the stars of the show. Tender and moist without falling off the bone (a competition no-no) is difficult to pull off, but these folks did it well. Hot link was the leanest I’ve ever encountered, making the bologna a good counterpoint. Side portions were generous. I left stuffed and feeling I got my money’s worth.
