For it being our first visit here, our server Kendall was not very accepting to explain favorites or specialty items with kindness. We ordered coffee, which was very weak, so she recommended getting a shot of expresso, we agreed and planned to add it to our refilled coffee that took a long time to get. When we got the shot, it was in a huge cup and extremely complicated to pour into our cups, when she tried, she too spilled everywhere & when I asked her not to pour the whole thing into my husband’s cup she gave us attitude and said they charge by the shot. (We shared the shot to make our coffee a bit stronger). My husband ordered Shrimp Grit Benny and replaced the hashbrowns with Hash Holes. He said his food was very good except his eggs were overcooked(hard) for being a bennidict. I ordered the Denver Scramble & instead of toast, they have a gluten-free waffle!! No gluten-free bread is available. The Scramble was very dry, over cooked, maybe. But the waffle was fantastic! Our server really didn’t like to give us her time. After we got the bill, I asked for a box, and we never saw her again. We had to ask another server for a box. We really would like to return to Early Bird, but I think we will try another location. Several items look so yummy, and I will get a waffle again!

We have been to the OG location in blackstone several times and decided to try the Papillion location and it did not disappoint. You can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu. The vibe and music is always wonderful. Both Bloody Mary’s had the perfect amount of heat. They paired well with the Carnitas Benny – the Benny has a house made bean cake, house carnitas, avocado crema and pico de gallo with poached eggs and hollandaise. Delicious!

This place was so good, I had to take my husband again the next day. They have a fun, friendly staff and a menu that matches. Their pancakes…if you are a pancake lover such as myself – they are definitely worth a try. Their atmosphere is laid back and has a modern vintage feel and is located in Shadow Lake in Papillion. I didn’t get pictures when my husband and I went, but I have no worries because I know we will be back and there’s still quite a few menu items we want to try.

My wife and I came here for breakfast today. The menu was pretty impressive as everything looked really tasty. When you walk in and completely engulfed with colors and trendy artwork surrounding the entire facility. The seating looks comfy as well as a bit of a modern Feel. Our server was fantastic he was kind, prompt, and attentive to everything that we needed. He anticipated our needs I met all our requests with flying stars. Once we ordered our food was brought to us promptly. It looked fresh and it looked delicious. The taste was pretty good and the presentation was beautiful. We pretty much cleared our plates. The portions were plentiful. Not that it’s their fault but in today’s world the cost of pretty much everything on the menu was pricey. Soup for two glasses of water, 2 cups of coffee, and two breakfast meals with tip we paid roughly around $55. We would definitely return as long as the crowds are minimal and there’s no wait times. I would love to come back and try out a different other things on their menu that caught my attention. I would recommend this place to my friends. Just keep in mind that the cost is high.

Early Bird offers breakfast selections that are standard and also some with a twist. We enjoyed our meals. You must get the bacon flight just to try all the different cuts and flavors. The OJ was meh, but maybe the oranges weren’t ripe. Bring a parka as it is considered women’s winter in the restaurant during the summer. We asked them to make the restaurant warmer even with my sweater I had to put on. Trust me, I run hot now and this place was a freezer. We did enjoy our dishes though

Food was absolutely amazing. You get exactly what you pay for so even though it seems like it’s very expensive, you get a good portion for what you pay for! I ordered like five sausages and they were massive. Like I’m talking about the size of a burger patty. I highly recommend eating here, especially because the food is just unforgettably good!

We received good customer service as we arrived and it was a short wait time. The food is ok at best for the price. I ordered a caramel latte(didn’t have any caramel) Latte wasn’t that good. We might come back to try other menu items in the future but the past two times have been the same result.
