Definitely will be a new frequent for me. The fries were so tasty you could tell they were quality not frozen dinky things. The meat cheese and veg were all spiced and added perfectly. 100% recommend next time I’m trying a burger

Thought it was overpriced, but there was a large portion. I got the poutine fries. Taste was okay, but a little salty. Nothing to write home about. The fries were fresh and hot, that is a point in their favor. I may have been happier with just plain fries, but I see no reason to go back, so I guess I’ll never know.

I got the nacho loaded fries and they were delicious. There was a ton of toppings but the fries were not soggy and had a nice crunch and I got the ‘diet’ size and it was huge and still was too much for me to eat.

I had an absolute delight eating this phenomenal food. Very affordable for the amount of food you are provided. Excellent service and an even better Chicken Sandwich. Hoping for a brick and mortar setup in the near future! I’d be a regular for sure!

This guy honestly does it all. The way he caters to everyone and is so kind and joyful to all of his customers. I don’t think I have ever seen him without a smile on his face. And on top of that the food he makes is absolutely amazing. The chicken is so good I could eat it everyday. I highly recommend this spot because it is perfection.

Food truck at BSBC in Fairbanks. A Monday afternoon about 1800. A long wait for food. Fries were great but had to go back to get ketchup, which they said was in there. Chicken sandwich and burger was too done. Burger barely edible. 3% charge for credit card use is a nuisance fee. Take it out of your tips or the overpriced food. Customer service needs work. Get someone taking orders that is courteous and friendly. Need work. Would not last long at Breweries in lower 48. Figure it out guys.
