Look out for Edwin, he puts the kindness in “Coffee | Breakfast | Kindness” as shown on the sign outside the building. Coincidentally he also brought us coffee and breakfast. Get pancakes, they slap. The breakfast burrito is exceptional as well. Highly recommend.

They are just getting started so give the service a chance. Just walk in, wave to the server and seat yourself. That being said the food is very good. I had the french toast. It was a large portion and tasted great. The syrup is served HOT! which is nice touch. (There is nothing worse than pouring ice cold syrup on hot food.) I am going back today.

AWesome little spot for breakfast! Edwin rocked the service and food delivery to our group of 12 at 9:30 am! Food was excellent, prices are spot-on and the rest of the tables were served efficiently as well! Stop in, you won’t regret it!
