Had an awesome experience here. Our server Elise was so awesome and friendly and made mother’s day special for us. Not only was service great, the drinks and the food!!!!!!! For drinks, we ordered the Spicy Pineapple Margarita, Sensai Old Fashioned and the Pink Starburst. All these drinks were A+. For food we had spicy honey garlic wings along with a half dozen of the daily oysters and half dozen of another set of oysters. All were local and delicious. We also had the Scallop Risotto, Lobster and Shrimp Tacos as well as the Bucatini Pomodoro with Shrimp. I mean, every dish was bursting with flavor. We even ordered to go. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Love this little place! Oysters were a little on the small side, but absolutely delicious! Had the spicy margarita and it was fabulous… The margarita pizza was also very good. The seating in the bar is a little bit crowded but is the only place you can get half-price appetizers so worth it.

Very disappointed. East Bay Oyster Bar has always been a must visit when I have guests due to their “appy hour”. Unfortunately, if you have a large group, you will be denied a reservation in the lounge area which is the only way to get the half off appetizers and raw bar. As a repeat customer that also works in the service industry, I truly expected better from management. We will not be returning.

The Grilled Swordfish was very delicious and cooked just right. Would have liked more brussel sprouts in the veggie mix and a lot less oil, but it was very tasty. Also, a choice of some type of starch like potato, risotto or rice was needed, especially considering the price. Others enjoyed the asparagus and kale salad topped with tuna, and the fish and chips, which was enormous and could easily be shared by 2 people. The private room was perfect for our small gathering of 8. Our server, Kayla, was amazing! Thank you!!

I am a big fan of this place. My girlfriend and I have been several times and it’s always great! The fish and chips, eggplant tower, flatbreads, and chicken parm are some of our favorites! But everything we’ve had there is nothing short of delicious. Staff is very courteous and the drink selection is great too!
