Never got to eat. I understand waiting your turn when a restaurant is crowded and have never had any problem with that. This time, however, after forty-five minutes, there were multiple empty tables, and they said it was against their policy to slide two tables together so a party of six could sit together so we left. There was only one table that was big enough to accomodate six people in the restaurant and that table was occupied. I love East Coast Wings and will go back, but don’t take more than four people to the Clemmons location.

Been to this ECW a few times and it was mid to say the least. This time ruined it and we will not return. The restaurant was fairly empty. First they brought out wrong order of wings. Since it was so slow we didn’t even say anything and just started eating them. I guess the waitress knew because 15 min later she brought out the right 15 wings we ordered.

Came here after the gym (lol) for a quick lunch and I was pleased! The salad was huge, wing sauce flavorful, the veggie medley was AMAZING, and I love the seasoning for the sweet potato fries! I received wonderful service from the bartender Jada as well. I’ve tried a few locations but this one is definitely my favorite. Food and service 10/10!

East Coast Wings & Grill is a great place to eat lunch or dinner.The wrings are delicious and the dressing served with them is homemade. Order of wings come with celery and carrot strips. Burgers and other sandwiches are excellent. As you can see in my pictures, The salads are good also. Very nice and hard working waitstaff.

My husband and I, along with my girlfriend from Myrtle Beach visited this location and we were extremely happy with EVERYTHING! Gabby helped us and was amazingly helpful. She was friendly and she was working hard and attentively. She frequently checked in on us to make sure everything was fine. It was a great balance. I would most definitely recommend ECWs because of her customer service , attentiveness, the delicious food(wings,fried pickles, nachos), and quick service. We all enjoyed the experience and atmosphere!!! My husband and I have also eaten at ECW’s on Country Club Rd and we have experienced very good service and food there also!!

We got there at 8 pm (they close at 9 pm). At 8:40 pm we still hadn’t gotten our food, and yet the waiter gave us the check because he is getting off work soon. I don’t know why 15 wings can take such long time to prepare.

Me and my family aren’t from around the area we ate here from, and we were all very, very impressed with our visit. The food was fresh, it was very tasty, it came out very fast, and our servers were always asking if we were alright or needed anything. We were brought refills periodically, and never ran out of drink. We were overly satisfied with our visit. 11 out of 10, would recommend to anybody.
