This place just opened and clearly they needed to do a soft open first. Very small parking lot! Very small seating area! Service is all over the place with no organization. Got here and ordered at 9:30pm received order at 10:30 as staffed walked around stating the kitchen was closing and it was last call. The wings arrived to the table cold, dry and seemed as if they had been sitting out for a while. The order of fries that were brought to the table also cold and not what I would consider an order (see picture). The young guy they have as the manager really does not have a clue and it is obvious he is overwhelmed and lacks experience in management and customer service. He did cancel the check and apologized for the issues. Needless to say this place needs to start back at the drawing board in all areas! Oh I also forgot to mention all of the soft drinks were flat and the lemonade and tea both tasted like water. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Don’t bother…how a brand new restaurant is this bad is beyond us!! Food is frozen school cafeteria food. No wait staff…we saw 3 tables get up and leave. Overpriced for sure! Then at the end they announce to everyone that no longer taking debit/credit cards…cash only. A complete mess!!

Where do I even begin…how can a brand new location be this bad? Menu looks great…but food not so much. They were out of most the menu items No burgers…everything was out! Chicken was obviously frozen cafeteria quality…nothing fresh! Then we are told their card machine is down and can only do cash….well guess what I don’t have cash…..oh well

My family and I enjoyed our time at East Coast Wings & Grill. Our server was Jocelyn. She was wonderful. Fast, efficient and friendly. The food was great. We will come back very soon. We highly recommend East Coast Wings Florence!
