Unfortunately my family and I had the right idea to order Chinese food but the wrong idea to order from this place. Upon placing our order my sister got “pork fried rice with absolutely no onions” & she repeated this several times. She also stated she is highly allergic! Amongst this we had 2 other orders. Once we received our order the pork fried rice had onions in it and a lot of them at that, which were under the surface of the food. My sister ate some believing that they did not put the onions in there and she went into anaphylactic shock, we then had to administer an epi-pen. Once we called the restaurant to make them aware of their mistake the woman on the phone said “oh well you can try a different place” & “I read the order back to you”. When she did read it she stated no onions. So here we are with an ER visits due to this restaurants poor customer service and lack of accountability. In regards to the food, it is okay but I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. My family has been in a frenzy worrying about my sisters health. Very disappointed in this establishment & their customer service.

I am not one to complain, but the customer service is disgusting. They do not know how to speak to their customers. The only thing they care about is their money. My husband and I called to make a delivery. She placed us on hold and took another phone call with somebody else on the phone, while we were listening to their conversation with that person. He told her that the price was too high. She then proceeded to say I have customers that wanna pay, and proceeded to speak with us, she had a very nasty disposition. Both lady’s I spoke to no customer service experience, and no experience working with human beings.

Got the wrong food. The lady was rushing me packing is bad. I would recommend go to a other place not this horrible go to other place please. The lady there was screaming at me and I mean screaming at me. I was kept trying to deliver back to my place and she charged me for a 10$ Fe and I said no am not doing that lady hung up on me she kept saying whatever I ordered I said what I wanted and she didn’t get me of what I wanted deliver people are rude as heck. I hope this place goes out of business because how bad these people are. They have to do more staff that NICE! and not rude if I was there cops would be there. PLEASE DO NOT! GO HERE

I have never in my life have ever delt with such a unprofessional restaurant. We called today to have food delivered and they said sorry to far. We live 6 miles from the place and she did to far. I told her we were having food delivered for the past 1.5 years with success and tonight she said sorry we don’t deliever there. She was screaming at me and hung up. Then I called back and now the story changed, she didn’t have enough drivers and hang up. I asked to speak to the owner and she hung up. She told me my order was 53.00 when the menu said total of 32.00. Seriously what is wrong sith this world. She lost me business.

A week ago I wrote a review on this business for having a dirty plastic partition up that separates the restaurant staff from the customer’s in response to Covid, and I am very pleased to say that East Garden’s heard our collective voices and responded promptly by putting up a new and clean partition.
