My wife & I usually order from here every Saturday that we don’t go out. We always liked the quality of the food especially the chicken. For 4 weeks straight (I think in February) our deliveries either was missing something…took over 90 minutes…was overcharged etc.

You find something in your food is disgusting (but ok, things happens) imagine finding 3 different in just one order?! Be aware of this place… metal, hair and maggot… completely unhealthy, hazardous! This place has no idea of what the word hygiene means.

Ordered tonight total was around 60$ they did not offer no drink or anything for a complimentary gift so I spent over 50$ any other Chinese food store down the peninsula will give 2+ cans of sodas egg rolls soup .. other then that I waited atleast a hour to eat my food while eating it the chicken was pink and tasted weird no sauce for my general tso chicken rice was disgusting idk what happen to east meets west . They moved locations and their food is disgusting no longer getting food there i still stick to xing xing lol

It took an hour anda 1/2 for delivery. And when I finally got the food was missing items in my order The food was cold.. But it was too late to call because they were closed. I was charged for items I didn’t get and I can’t even call to complain about it never again.

Stopped by twice already on bike rides, strictly takeout and delivery. Delighted by their Fried Chicken wings and French Fries. You can pretty much judge the quality of a Chinese takeout joint by there fried offering. East meets West delivered nicely. Repeat of the same wings and fries on my second visit. Yummy Yummy Yummy. Will return for more. Nice people as well. Menu included, cause Dmitry likes reviews that make life asier for others. Cheers Y’all.

It’s only getting one star because I cannot choose zero stars. Waiting for food for just under two hours now. Should have ordered Claudettes or pizza. Maybe you should give this place a try if you think you might be hungry in a few hours and might want some Chinese food. ……. I just waited until I finished eating until I posted this because maybe I was overreacting and was hangry. Nope, food is also horrible. I’ve never thrown out chinese food in my life. Love them as leftovers. This food is trash and that’s exactly where it went . I might have ate a 1/3 of it and it’s so bad.

Just found a bug in our lomein, which is always plain- no veggies or meat, so the bug was easy to spot! Absolutely disgusting. Threw out the entire order, will never order from them again!

Every single time we’ve ordered food to be delivered they’ve forgotten something! The last 2 times they forget the rice to go with the proteins. How hard is it to pack a few things from a slip!?! I called to tell them this is not the first time they’re forgetting stuff and proceed to give the name it was ordered under so he could pull up the order but he asked what was ordered, I told him what we ordered and he asked, “so you want me to send just the rice?” AYFKM!!! I told him yes. He then proceed to ask me a few more times what was ordered so I got frustrated with him and hung up. I’ve picked food up from there and items were missing also. I just started eating “Chinese” food this year so I can do without it. Go to Flushing, you’ll find far better tasting and quality of “Chinese” food.

I ordered through UberEats two hours before closing time, but two hours later UberEats shows they’re still preparing my order. If you’re having difficulty completing my order, at least call me to let me know what the status is. I tried to call them to cancel my order, their phone number doesn’t work. No one contacted me even after 1 hour to see if I wanted to cancel my order. What kind of terrible customer service is this?
