Food is usually okay, but they don’t know how to get orders right if it’s different from the basic…. Something as simple as half. A pizza with no cheese seems to be on their comprehension and this is constantly…. And when you do have pizzas with cheese, it is very little to begin with.

I ordered online, pickup time was 25 minutes. We arrived 25 minutes later. Food wasn’t ready so the guy said wait in your car and we’ll bring it out when it’s ready. 25 additional minutes of sitting in the parking lot later we go back in to find the pizza was ready. Got home and open the pizza and it’s black from being burnt, the little sausage pieces were basically ash. However, giving an extra star because the cheesy garlic bread was amazing!

If the ‘owner/manager’ knew anything about his online ordering system, we would not have ended up with pizzas with NO CHEESE ON HALF. It is impossible (literally, I tested it) to order a pizza with half no cheese and half with cheese through the online ordering system. So, their staff messed up, and he blamed it on me, all the while some random rude lady is yelling in the background ‘LEARN HOW TO ORDER.’ I recommend you learn how to read your online tickets and also, some professionalism. The man on the phone refused to try and help and told me it was my fault for ordering incorrectly. Corporate also refused to help or care.

Generally I love my east of Chicago Taco pizza. The last 4 or 5 times have been not so much. Tonight we ordered a stuffed crust Taco pizza, and a stuffed crust pepperoni. Usually it’s late, and not so warm. Tonight was the absolute worst. We got some very sweet stuffed crust on both pizzas, the rest you had to use a spoon for it was so thin. We were told it’s the way you ordered it, there is nothing we can do for you! If i pay more for a stuffed crust the rest should be normal, no it’s not the way I ordered it, it is the way you ripped me off though!!!!! I’d post pics doesn’t give me the option to East of Chicago you should take your name back, these people are ruining you!
