Below average in every aspect. I tried to give them another chance. What a mistake. I will go back to driving to the East of Chicago in Massillon to get some great tasting food and with great service even though they are further from me. Save your time & money. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. The food doesn’t even taste the same as other East of Chicago locations. Never delivered within an hour of ordering. Food cold and orders inaccurate. How do they stay open? AGAIN, Save your time and your money!

Twice now, we have ordered their “TACO SALAD”, and it came without ANY taco chips. None !!!! I called and spoke with Sebastian, and explained the situation. He put me on hold and when he got back on the phone, he told me that I’d have to “bring it back ” to them to see. I told him I had this order delivered ($3.50 charge) because I didn’t want to drive 15 mins to pick it up, and I wasn’t going to drive there now so they can correct their mistake. I offered to take a pic and send it to them, but was told NO because it wasn’t their policy. Bottom line, we got screwed out of what we paid for, and they pretty much called us liars. Trust me, “Pizza Oven” will get all of our business from now on.
