Horrible service and horrible food. Paid $2 for extra cheese on a small pizza and half of it didn’t even have cheese on it. The “cinnapops” weren’t even iced and they were hard when we picked them up at the time he said too. Also they had a gross artificial taste to them. We have heard from multiple not to go here but we decided to finally try it anyway and everyone was right, they cheat you on toppings because they are cheap.

This is usually the first place we order anything from, pizzas are great but the subs, well everytime we order subs from the Shelby store, they are burnt. It’s been like this for over a year now. I understand once in awhile but not everytime, this really needs to be addressed because if it doesn’t get better then we’re taking our business somewhere else, and we order a lot from you guys.

I bought a large Taco Pizza from East of Chicago in Shelby, Ohio. It was Terrible!! Hardly any meat , the dough was still soft (half baked) and the sauce was horrible. All I could taste was a strong Chili taste. I would NOT recommend this to anyone!

It’s a hit or miss… will they answer the phone… Sometimes. They messed up my order twice. Their pizza is good only if you get it with extra extra sauce. Without it and they mess up it’s pretty bad… extra extra sauce makes this easily a recommended pizza.. Never get anything above a large for some reason its thin and bad.

This place is always great! They get our subs and pizza ready within 15-20 minutes and it’s always fresh. They have the best subs around. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Although we haven’t eaten at the restaurant. It is always very clean when we stop to pick up our food.

Pizza was good, i was in town to visit the BMV and figured I would stop by and get some East of Chicago. Ordered the taco pizza (a classic), which was as good as i remember. Online order process was simple and easy. I was quickly greeted at the door and given my order. Overall a good experience. Will order again when I’m back in Shelby.

The food is amazing and so is the customer service. They offer curbside service so you don’t have to go in to pick up your food… you just call when you get there and they bring it right out to your car. Even though they do accept cash you can give them your credit card over the phone to cut down on contact.
