I love the staff,so I feel bad saying this but if you this pizza,you don’t know what pizza should taste like,I grew up with homemade pizza every Friday..I don’t expect it to taste like that but,I wish they would change the sauce.what I like is the hamburger and fries, but there so funny and love hanging around.i wish they would change there product, sorry guys I hope you think about your customers and not money.

I never even write reviews but today i have time!!!! The food quality is terrible and the prices are disgusting . Not to mention. Any time they deliver its always cold , the store is NEVER open on time either . My children and i sat outside for 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up and open the shop ..they never did . This places needs to just close and or relocate ad bring that trash elsewhere .

Love the pizza. Why I gave it a 2 star rating because when you call to order they give you one price and on the receipt it says another. Usually it’s a $6-$10 difference. That wouldn’t bother me as I would give a decent tip but don’t lie and say one thing and it’s not. And on top of that my pizza came out cold

I just ordered tonight from this pizza shop for the first time. I had my order delivered to me. I ordered a small pizza and a Gyro. I was told delivery was going to be 40 minutes, when the person finally delivered the pizza, the whole pie was so cold. Makes me regret ever ordering from here and it makes me regret giving the delivery driver a tip. I will never order from this place again!

The one star is way too muchI ordered a 16 inch blt grinder and a 16 inch eggplant parmesan grinder. The total came to 32.00….don’t believe the prices on here. The guy I spoke to told me they didn’t update the prices on here yet. The woman told me she would call back with a total but never did, so I called back after 18 minutes and she did the same thing again. I wouldn’t have said yes to the order if she told me the price upfront. I didn’t get a total until after the order was made. I feel trapped in paying for the total. I will never order from this place again.

The 2 stars will probably hurt my feelings more then theirs lol. I’ve been eating here my whole life,31yrs born and raised on the east side of NB this was always the place we ordered from. Always the same man and great food. Past couple of times we’ve ordered its been hit and miss the quality has changed I get it things aren’t as available as they were. The price continues to go up no menu has the right price. But the 4 dollars for delivery is nuts, it took well over an hour! 7 For plain French fries..no salt either. 10 for half a turkey Grinder *cold* Not to mention how he pressed me for a tip when I signed the receipt. I always tip cash he didn’t even give me a chance to reach in my pocket.

They have great pizza! In my opinion their house special pizza is #1 in New Britain but because they are pricey I go to the #2 best place in New Britain CT which is Town and Country Pizzeria. East side are Arab and Town and Country are Italian. East side pizza 30 dollars. Town and Country 25 dollars. You decide.
