Got delivery, the WORST Japanese Food I’ve ever had. Chicken teriyaki was disgusting, the ginger salad dressing was even horrible and last but not least my friend had chicken catsu if that’s how you spell it and they said it was the worst they’ve ever had. NEVER again

Oh absalutely not. Will never order again. The sushi rolls looked weird enough, but we each had a peice that tasted way too fishy. Like their products gone bad. What a waste of 50$. Go anywhere else. Dont order the food poisoning.

I wanted to try these sushi for a long time. Finally decided to order today. Extremely rude person on the phone, “nickel and dime”-ing for everything, referencing some “boss” watching over them. The price for the order was higher than advertized on the flyer that was broght in last week. When i mentioned that, she said it was an old flyer. No, it isn’t. The coupons on it expure on 12/31/2022. She made it so hard to order, I changed my mind. Will give my 70 dollars to someone who appreciates me as a customer and wants my business. When I said I wasn’t going to order, she happily and eagerly said “bye-bye”. Two stars- for the benefit of doubt because I never tried thier food. That person on the phone who takes orders deserves one star, if any. She is going to kill the business with this attitude.

Horrible experience!!! I’ve been a long time customer for this place even though everything on the menu is overpriced. After receiving my food I noticed a bug in my food. The lady on the phone was insanely rude about giving me a refund. Horrible customer service. If I would give this place 0 stars I would. You can definitely find a better restaurant with better quality food and a fraction of the price.

My son treated me for Mother’s Day dinner. Sometimes last minute decisions are the BEST decisions. Absolutely delicious!!!!! The freshest of the fresh. From the miso soup to everything else in my dinner bento box…….so delicious!! I had the shrimp teriyaki box and Kani Naturo appetizer. Definitely ordering again soon!!!!!

I have been a great customer for two years now! We order sushi frequently and spend at least 75 bucks a pop, Tonite we ordered on line so there was no miscommunication they sent me the wrong rolls that I ordered when I called to tell them they said oh sorry our mistake do u want the right rolls I said yes I would like what I ordered 75 bucks later, They said we will bring to you and take back the wrong order! I said the right thing for u to do since it was your mistake and we are loyal customers is to bring us the right order and keep the rolls on us ! I said so you do the right thing and have a good weekend! Guess what we never received the rolls we ordered! And the scary part is what were they going to do with the rolls if they picked them up? Serve them to the next customer? Well they lost my buisness!!!!!

We have been loyal customers since this location was established. Yesterdays delivery was missing some items, so we called to have the missing items re-delivered. The respondent and subsequently the manager, called us liars and refused to make up the missing items. We will NEVER deal with them again.
