This is really upsetting can you even tell the difference in what I ordered? We have been eating at this restaurant for atleast over 10years. They must have new owners and cooks because the quality of the food is terrible and does not even taste like Thai food. This was the most bland and disappointing dinner we have ever experienced here. We really try to keep supporting our “local neighborborhood” restaurants but $50 for this. We will be finding a new home for our Thai food.

Was a long time happy patron like 23 yrs. until today disappointed. I picked up a to go order. Upon opening at home, we discovered proportion on both dinner time meals super skimpy. So much so that we actually felt a need to measure each meal’s meat portion. Measurements were 1/3 cup of meat portion per/Dinnertime meal with raised prices @ just under $20 a plate w/out tax. We understand and do not mind price changes.

We ordered Vietnamese crape and beef stew to share. The crape is made of rice flour, crispy and fill with chicken, shrimp and daikon, nice combination. Both dishes are very flavorful and tasty. The painting /art on the wall are interesting and the atmosphere is homey.

I had take-out of one of their Chef Thai specials with wide noodles. It was great it came in a large enough portion for at least 2 meals. I don’t like spicy hot food, so I had it mild, but it was still tasty. Lots of veggies, lots of chicken, everything was cooked exactly the way it should have been.

The portions were generous, the food was delicious, and extra asks were fulfilled quickly. I.e. asking for chopsticks, and extra coconut milk.

This is a very small, quaint restaurant. However, the food is SO worth it. I ordered the Panang curry with beef. It was the best curry I have had. Everyone else that I was with loved their dishes, as well. Worth many more visits.

If you like classic pad Thai DO NOT ORDER. This was extremely disappointing. I ordered it to go, and the sauce, which weirdly only came on the side?? (no sauce on noodles) was such a small amount it was a joke, and it didn’t even taste like pad Thai!!! So disgusting I couldn’t eat it. If I could rate zero stars I would. The other 2 Thai restaurants near us that we usually go to are closed on Mondays which is why we went here, but in the future, if we’re craving Thai on Mondays, we’ll just get Italian!

I have been coming to East and West for about 15 years. It is my favorite restaurant. The food is fresh and wonderful and the atmosphere is great. The service is always professional and friendly. I highly recommend it.
