I didn’t go here expecting a great meal, and the food wasn’t outstanding. I ordered the combination lo mein—a huge portion, pretty greasy, decent (but generally bland) flavor. Not great, but not bad—it satisfied ‘that’ craving. That said, I was surprised by the prices. The combination lo mein (take out) came out to $12.90, which struck me as overpriced given its quality (and lower prices for comparable dishes elsewhere). I also didn’t appreciate that the same dish had two different prices on menus in the restaurant—$8.70 on one, ~$9.10 on another—and yet it still came out to $13. Felt misleading.

My family and I use to eat here and the food was okay. Now the food is disgusting, not cooked all the way until it’s done at all. The people are extremely rude and disrespectful to customers and will hang the phone up on because they just don’t Care. The food is extremely awful and there nasty, touching there face and nose all the time. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE! YOU MAY END UP IN THE HOSPITAL!!!!

I ordered Eastern Carryout yesterday evening. This experience is unfortunate because I really like Eastern Carryout. Part of the order was a large shrimp fried rice and the shrimp was undercooked almost raw. I called the restaurant and the lady I spoke to basically gave me a “so?” attitude when I informed her that the shrimp in my fried rice was undercooked/raw. She informed me that they will remake the said dish and will be delivered around 30-40 minutes. Never received it.

Seafood lo mein contained 3 shrimp and no other seafood. Garlic scallops were flooded in hot sauce and inedible. Food was generally cold .Delivery on a Saturday night, 830 ish. TNR is a better option in the area.

This is a 0 star review, the lady at the front who claims to be manager/owner should not be working there at all and should stay in the office because she is the most disrespectful, rude , arrogant and overall a nasty person to deal with, I’ve been going to them for over 8 years and just recently she’s been so rude to me my sisters and mom for absolutely no reason at all , I was greeted with “it’s $30.33 no extra sauce! If you want extra you pay!” Not sure if she had me confused with someone she knows but that’s not how u treat customers , I then asked her why is she rude and disrespectful to her customers who bring in the money to keep ur business going, no response and just started talking in her language and dialing 911 after I confronted her about her nasty attitude , never ever coming back and if you come here be ready for a side of attitude and disrespect that you didn’t order with ur food. Her name is “yan” or “iyan” btw

Shrimp lo mein is the best. Also love the steamed dumplings, tastes heaven with the house made sauce that comes with it. We had their teriyaki chicken, fried rice and fries. They were okay. Good food in a decent price range.
