Very underwhelming. The only veggie options were bland noodles who were so hot temp wise that by the time I could eat them it was soggy. This is the whitest blandest Chinese food on 82nd. The people were very nice. This would be a good place to take your grandparents who are worried things are going to be too spicy.

Food is amazing but service is absolutely terrible. Lady at the front desk was rude to me and my grandmother AND ALSO MAY BE PREJUDICE, she was also rude to some gentlemen that came in and paid 300 FREAKING DOLLARS FOR THEIR FOOD. And you would think she would be greatful. You could tell there was only one cook and that was her husband , they need to hire more employees to not be so stressed at the establishment. There was no thank you to us for buying the food and we did not thank her when we left because it was not deserved .. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . And do not order for take out unless it’s on the phone

Called in my order, and I was told it was going to be 15 minutes. I let my house 15 minutes and stopped by the store on my way there. When I got there to pick up my food, it still wasn’t done. I waited for 10 minutes only to get home to eat my food, and everything was cold except the chow main. Called back up there to ask them why everything cold except the chow main, and the lady started yelling and telling me it wasn’t like she was there at my house. I will never go back there no more they are rude and very ignorant people.

If I could give a zero I would. Yesterday I called to place an order for pickup and they were rushing me and didn’t understand what I was trying to order. Today I went in and asked for a menu and after 35 minutes of waiting and searching for someone to take my order I decided to leave. No restroom for customers and overall bad attitudes from the only two staff members working. Shame because I love their food

Terrible customer service, called in an order. She didn’t ask for my name and didn’t tell me how long, when I called back to ask how long, the lady said “it’s up to you! And hung up on me… this place is a joke. I canceled my order. I rather drive a little further!

Used to come here a lot. Food was always good, fresh and hot. Not the case here lately and especially today. The wait staff, bartenders and owners get ruder by the day. And I completely understand tacking on the 18 percent gratuity for a large party but not when the check is split. There is nothing that says they won’t split checks. Our table of 6 was charged 18 percent gratuity on each bill. Waitress did nothing spectacular and the food was barely warm. Another way to get themselves money. We will not return
