I’ve always loved the food but I have noticed on my last couple of visits the cashier will not even calculate my bill she just rounds up. Been going there off and on for years and I never really questioned the total until I took the time to do the math. The first time i caught on, the woman said she works at two different restaurants and got the prices confused. Yesterday I went back in and the same woman charges me more than menu price again… as soon as she gave me the total I gave her the actual amount she then rounded up to the nearest nickel and I told her the actual price finally she rounded down to the nearest nickel and I paid. I would rather pay a higher menu price than be robbed. Also 2 of the 3 people weren’t wearing masks during this mandate.

You may enjoy the food that I won’t argue with. However double/triple check how much she’s charging you. I’ve caught her 3 times now. Visit one I was overcharged $5, she apologized and refunded my money. Visit 2 I suspected I was overcharged but was in a rush so I didn’t check, visit 3 today she did it again. Total is $15.40, she’s charged me $18.85, had to go back in the store mad. She apologized again, issued a $3 refund with a bottle of soda. I suspect I’m not the only one she’s doing it to. At this point I’m looking to report them to the state or county but I’ll wait.

Beijing Chinese restaurant is closer for me and the food is ok, but Eastern is much better and definitely worth the extra travel time. I’ve always had nothing but the best service and the food is excellent. Exactly as ordered and served up with a smile. I will continue to order from them every chance I get. Price is fair and the quality is excellent, quantity is more than adequate. The service is second to none. We really enjoy this restaurant.

I can’t speak highly enough about this place. The food is always hot, fresh and ready to pick up when ordered. The service is awesome as our “special orders” have led the owner to know us when we walk in. I would not order chinese food from ANY other restaurant.

Quality of food was not good this day. Also I received a smaller portion than usual. The man taking my order wasn’t friendly and he took forever to wait on me. BEWARE- I’ve noticed that on more than one occasion they will round up the cost so they’re automatically giving themselves a tip. I prefer their Berry Rd location which is 3 minutes away but I wanted to give this location another chance.
