We use only Certified Angus beef and the freshest Farmer’s Market produce, including our Texas-born baby portabello mushrooms. Bread is made fresh every day. Sauces are made in-house. Desserts are local. High fives are free.

Came for lunch and set on the patio with the dog. We had the tuna slider which was fantastic, much better than I thought it would be. The Gouda slider was also delicious, a little dry but had amazing flavor. The loaded tots are a must for sharing. They have a full bar and our service was flawless.

We had the roadside slider (a classic bacon BBQ burger) and the sweet & lowdown slider (a KILLER combo of goat cheese, bacon, and strawberry jam – trust me and try it!) as part of a food tour and both were great. The space has a great vibe to it, and the staff was fantastic too.

I mean it’s just a mini burger. I’d rather have a regular burger size than 2 sliders. Definitely taste great like a burger just a slider. Presented well and if you’re looking for a Burger at the exchange this is it. Not a ton to say, it’s a good slider mini micro honey I shrunk the burger slider.

The best sliders I have ever had in my life!!!! We had the food truck cater our clinic and everyone was more than happy. They gave us a good selection to pick from, the roadside slider changed my life!! Fresh ingredients, that kick from the jalapeños was amazing!!! They were made as we ordered them so they were hot and delicious.. I love they had bottle sodas with a bottle opener on the truck. I think about these sliders every day and I can’t wait to visit the establishment. The crew was so friendly and personable. I definitely recommend their food truck to cater any event. I promise you will not be disappointed. Thanks for taking great care of our Vet Clinic and keep up the awesome work!!!

Very chill place, wasn’t overly busy on Saturday around 1pm, lots of tables available outside and inside and at the bar. If you have dogs, you’re required to sit outside, they bring a bowl of water for your pup. The sliders we tried were: the classic, roadside, sweet & lowdown, baby bella (my fave!) and glazed and confused. The first 3 are crafted very well and really hit all the flavor spots. The sweet & lowdown has a thin layer of strawberry jam on the bun and complements the flavor of the Angus beef patty. The bbq sauce & roasted jalapeno on the Roadside slider work so well to bring out the flavor of the beef. On Glazed & Confused, the halves of 1 donut is your bun, I was skeptical at first but it actually goes, esp since it’s got double bacon. Lastly, the baby bella slider became a quick favorite for me. The mushroom is super juicy and there’s a thick chunk of mozzarella that is just right when it’s about to melt, so soft but still firm enough for you to not make a cheesey mess. The drinks are not to be missed either. We tried the cherry whiskey sour, house marga, and toasty old fashioned- all 3 were bomb. The cocktails are mixed really well and the bartender doesn’t skimp on the spirits.

Easy Slider Food Truck was at Oak Highlands Brewery on Wednesday for Trivia Night, a common occurrence. I order the Plaine Jane & Roadside. Both were awesome and just the right portion. The guys working the truck were cool too and service was great! Check this place out!

This bar is very chill and low-key. I have been here twice and it has always been a pleasant experience. Bartenders are very friendly and serve your drinks quickly. This is my type of atmosphere when I go bar hopping. I had the Martinez and a Moscow mule. They also had a DJ and the music selection was very nice. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice bar to sit down and talk with friends or your significant other.
