Hostess and waitress argued back and forth right in front of us on who would take our group. Finally, the waitress agreed. Didn’t appear to have any working AC, and the bathrooms were disgusting. Once our order was taken, it took over an hour to get our food. People who arrived after us got their food before we ever saw the waitress again.

There was no one at the hostess stand when we arrived. When we were finally seated we were ignored and didn’t even get to put in a drink order. The table behind was was served before us even though we were seated well before. We left before we even put in a drink.

Great location, terrible service. The Bartender was more concerned with asking other people for drinks than servicing our food or asking us if everything is ok. Rude while taking orders and almost felt like he was mad at me for requesting a coke refill. Had an attitude when I only ask for water for my 3yo and never came back to see if everything was ok… I worked in the food service before and although I understand that wasn’t his fault to be alone to take care of the whole deck, I would never attend people with an attitude or disregard. Terrible experience for the location.

Prime location right on the beach. This place should be rocking it but the customer service is seriously lacking. The waiter ask.. want food? He said it just like that…um, no me, lol just came here to look at it..of course I want to order. Lack luster atmosphere. I was served without utensils and had to get up to ask for them. The fish and chips I ordered was ok definitely not worth the price I paid. The beer was warm so i couldn’t finish it. I left there feeling completely disappointed.

My Wife, my daughter and I entered the restaurant EAT AT JOES on Jacksonville beach, the server acted like they already didn’t want our business, after waiting 15 minutes for outside table, we watched as other ppl were waited on and servered. As if invisible, we sat waiting, if the place had been really busy we could understand, this was NOT the case.I will NEVER recommend or enter this DUMP. again.
