The pizza is incredible it’s like having the classic NY slice in the middle of Madison. The margherita is done just as it should be fresh tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Also grab a slice as well, the marinara is robust and just packed with flavor. When you are in the mood for pizza eat here.

I found this place while walking around the UW Madison campus and decided to have a slice of pizza here. The name of this pizza place is the way I would describe the entire place. The pizza I had was phenomenal, the service I had was excellent and the environment is perfect. Definitely a place I would recommend if you’re looking for some good pizza.

This place is worth trying. The pizza is wonderful and an excellent value. I should also mention that this is a New York style pizza. The crust is tender and the sauce is flavorful. Certainly one of the best pizzas in the city.

Amazing food as always! Best pepperoni pizza, even the little guy agrees. Always good service and always the best people there.

Exceptional pizza. Better crust than Ians, better crust than any other local chain (Glass Nickel, Roman Candle(RIP)). Pizza Brutta, Novanta, and other wood fire pizzas are probably the only ones you could say are close, but thats a different style. Big chains don’t even compare (Sbarro, Dominoes, Pizza Hut). Those are literal trash compared to this actual fresh made dough, thin crust that is somehow soft and still has a big crunch, fold-it-up pizza. Deep Dish Pizza back in Chicago where I’m from is what I grew up on like Geno’s and Lou Malnatis but again, different styles. For a better New York slice in Madison, this is second to none.

Eat the Best Pizza is a hidden gem that gives Ian’s a run for its money. Every time I walk by, the pizza smells make my mouth water. It’s open until 4AM every day, and not horrifically crowded like Conrad’s Grill or Ian’s Pizza tend to get on weekend nights (because not enough people know about it). It serves massive slices of thin-crust New York pizza that you might want to fold in half to eat. The pizza is delicious and ready quickly, the selection of slices is good (although not quite as varied as Ian’s), and the prices are very reasonable.

This was my first time trying I asked for it to be well done it wasn’t well done it was also extremely floppy otherwise it was good I don’t know why my request for it to be cooked well done wasn’t honored if it was just not paying attention or what I also got garlic on the pizza and didn’t taste garlic at all

Best garlic rolls I’ve ever had. Staff toasts six homemade rolls each time you order, lightly crisping the edges before they get slathered with a fresh garlic butter and a pinch of parmesean, not a dash of cheap garlic salt to be found!
