I love this place for gluten free and vegan food. This is my favorite restaurant for safe gluten free food. I have Celiac disease and my boyfriend is vegan. My body always feels good after I eat here (which is hard for me to come by). I got the southwest savory crepe, which came with a salad (not pictured), and a lemon muffin (pictured). I also attached a picture of my sister’s peanut butter banana sweet crepe. They forgot to give me my lemon muffin at first, otherwise they have great service.

This is a great place to enjoy brunch/lunch with family or solo. The restaurant is very clean and and has ambient lightning. It sort of a self-serve place where customers have the freedom to get their iced water with lemon slices, condiments, and utensils. I like their menus as there are many of healthy and clean choices. Would recommend EatandEvolve.

Excellent lunch at Eat and Evolve! Wish we would have tried this place sooner. It is a new favorite and we can’t wait to come back. Berry side salad so fresh and tasty! Smoked salmon crepe with asparagus was the BEST!! My daughter really enjoyed her pancakes with fruit and bacon and ordered eggs on the side. Clean interior and friendly staff. The total package!

A good healthy place in Peoria. The menu is decent. But some of the flavors are not upto my linking. Especially the cauliflower rice with turmeric (it was too much turmeric). The salmon had a good taste but that’s all. The soup was also good. But I was not a big fan. Overall a decent clean place with healthy food options.

Delicious food that is pleasing to the eye and great for everyone – even those doing keto and low carb! Served in a beautiful presentation with helpful staff and a clean, nicely decorated environment. The only issue I would state would be the music choices where they were playing unedited versions of rap music; so if you are taking someone out to lunch beware. The food is amazing and I will be eating here again!

Decided to try this place and we were not disappointed! I had a cob salad and my wife had a meatless falafel bowl. Both were fresh, ample portions and nd tasty! Ordered at counter and meal was brought to our table. Patrick checked on our satisfaction and answered all our questions! EatandEvolve is now another great option for healthier eating.

Kamal always makes this a lovely experience with everything from make sure you have all the info while ordering to checking in with you after you received the meal and seeing how it’s going. He’s very sweet and this place by far has the best vegan food options in Peoria! As a longtime vegan, I really appreciate when there are fresh, hearty, and delicious options. I always leave here full and with alot of leftovers still to take home.
