Salad was ok few crappy pieces of lettuce.. asked numerous times if we could please get water then sat there thirsty for almost 20 minutes waiting for refills (mind you its not busy) 3 times later finally got the water and the garlic bread blech it had globs of unmelted butter. The waitress maybe was untrained still tipped for effort. Needless to say but the family won’t be returning to this location.

It’s not that I hate the place.but I went in at about 8:05, was told to have a seat , and 20 minutes later the waitress asked what I wanted after she waited on others who came in after I did and spent time chatting with them. I asked for coffee and a menu. A man picked up 2 bakery items and after waiting for someone to ring him out, he walked in the restaurant looking for a wait staff. Thinking they just opened at 8 and were still getting set up I asked what time they opened and was told 6 a.m. Are they under new management? Why did I have to wait 20 minutes for coffee when no one else was in the place until the “friends” came in. I wanted breakfast but did not want to wait an hour for food so I just had coffee and left. I paid for the coffee as soon as she brought it so I wouldn’t have to wait for a check. The wait is long at the Waterfront also.

This use to be my favorite location. Always good food and service. It’s been about 4yrs since I been here. We were happy when we walked in and there were only 6 people sitting. We had 4 hungry teens with us. So this was perfect for me and my sister.

I placed a to go order for a quart of chicken noodle soup last night. The girl who took the order said it would be ten minutes. I waited 15 to leave my house and made two stops along the way. I walk in and three employees were standing there talking, one was working. When I told her that I had the to go order she had this look on her face. She totally forgot!! So I had to wait another 10 minutes or so for her to go back and get the soup ready. I paid $8.00! I bet you can guess what it was, all broth with maybe and I mean maybe enough noodles to fill a cup. The rest broth!! So why did this girl not say a word and charge me $8???? She should have had the decency to say there wasn’t enough left!!

This location has really gone downhill. I experienced the tail end of a disgruntled customer’s bad experience, and my party and I had already placed our drink orders or else we would’ve left then and there. The customer was putting on a bit of theatrics, but after experiencing the same server (please don’t quit your day job Jayme) I can understand the cause of her irritation. The only thing I enjoyed was my warm grilled stickies…

Decided to treat myself to breakfast and boy was I sorry I ate at this place. First of all, they didn’t have any tomato juice, so I was offered V-8 instead. Nope, out of that too. They don’t offer hash browns, only fries or tater tots. OK, fair enough, so I skipped the potatoes. Ordered the Mushroom and Swiss omelette. When it arrived, the toast was ice cold and dripping in some margarine-like substance. More of that glop than bread, so I skipped eating the toast. The omelette was barely warm and the cheese tasted slightly synthetic, mushrooms tasted funky. Had to quit after a couple bites. Basically, I spent $14 for a glass of orange juice. The young woman who waited on me was pleasant at least. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I gave this 1 star only because it won’t let me give zero.

Sadly my last few experiences have not been good but I have given the benefit of the doubt due me having better experiences in the past. Today I just had a terrible experience and will not be returning. Not only was one of our orders cooked incorrectly and the other cooked improperly, the waitress rang our orders up completely wrong. Then when I brought it up to the manager she made it sound like we were lying about our orders being wrong and supposedly fixed the bill for us but it somehow came out higher. We ended up paying $25 for a baked ziti and 2 sodas in the end. Never again!

I ordered online from their pickup window for my family of four. We were going out of town. 10 minutes after picking up our order, we realized that only one, out of the four of us, received our sides. I called and communicated what happened to the man who had handed us our food at the window. He apologized with a very blase attitude, and said that they would be sending a gift card to our home to make it up to us. It’s been a few months and the card has never come. I’m not very surprised.
