Service was better than last time we went. The last time we went, the manager & worker were outside smoking the majority of the time we were there. Customers had come in, waited for 15 minutes & had left because there was only one waitress, running around like a chicken with her head cut off. This time, it was the food. Our baked potato was hard & dry like it was old. My fish was barely warm when the waitress brought it out. Still not impressed. Our waitress was great though.

My son and I go to the Altoona area a few times a year. We stay close to this location and I would always see this Eat’n Park but didn’t think much of it. This past trip I was in the mood for a salad bar and something different. We went to this location. The staff was extremely friendly. The salad bar was on par, clean, stocked, soup. etc. Food was great. Really great! My son was happy and so was I. I told the waitress that it was our first time here and we would be back again. She brought us a couple cookies. My son was overjoyed. I wish this restaurant chain was in eastern PA where we live. Great menu, great staff, great management. I go to Pittsburgh and Altoona a lot. I have another son at Pitt. So I will be looking for these locations on my trips to take care of my sons.

Went tonight & first off was told only had 15 min to rush through the salad bar, second the sweet tea was beyond horrible ( tasted spoiled ). The waitress was run ragged ( understaffed ). My pregnant daughter got sick from her meal. I won’t fo back ever!!

Evelyne was awesome and attentive! She brought out our kids meals first! That made them happy they didn’t have to wait. My son loves coloring. I asked if we could have a couple more coloring menus. She went above a beyond to make our meal experience great!!! Shout out to the cooks my husband is fussy with his food the made it prefect!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! We will be coming back!!
