I went to this location and I was positively surprised by how good the food is and how much of a Diner environment this location expounds. The food was surprisingly delicious and it came at a lower cost which was a definite plus. I had the potato soup, the soup special of the day, along with a veggie burger with french fries. They were both superb dishes and I would definitely go back to try this location out again. While it does have that Diner feel it does not specifically list itself as a diner location, or a diner in the New Jersey sense. Check it out it’s well worth the visit.

I have always loved this restaurant and the nice waitresses but today we came in and there was a decently long wait to get seated. When we got seated we waited a pretty long time and when we got our food I was disappointed. The rice was gross and the chicken was bland. I have always loved this restaurant but looking at the reverse recently it has gone down hill. If your looking for a place with good service this is a great place to go but if your looking for amazing food this is probably not the best place to stop. I am wishing the best for this restaurant since it has a place in my heart.

Always enjoy eating here. So glad they are back to indoor dining. So many good choices but I recommend the baked cod dinner. It is excellent. Very clean and excellent service. Only drawback for me is having the server take my credit card out of site for payment as you do not pay the cashier directly when leaving. They should be able to process it at the table. Too much chance of credit card fraud.

Went to this establishment on a Sunday about 1:30 in the afternoon. There were 2 of us ,we waited for 35 minutes for a table, no problem we realize restaurants are understaffed. We got seated and a nice waiter named Jay took our order. We then waited another 30 minutes for our food. 1 meal was just soup and salad. There was something going on in the kitchen, someone was yelling and using profanity which could be heard by all diners.. The breakfast meal was delivered and I was asked what did you order, I stated soup and said. The salad was delivered a out 10 minutes later and the soup about 10 minutes after that by the assistant manager. She then proceeded to tell me she was being called to serve me because the other lady though I was upset. It was an awful experience.

The hostess seated us as soon as we arrived. Our server came just a minute later and took our drink order, then gave us a few minutes before coming back for our food order. She kept our drinks filled and table cleared. We really enjoyed ourselves, but the portions could have been a little bigger. Normally the portions are a little bigger than they were this time. I had the salad bar with my meal. It really needed fresh lettuce put out and some soups filled up, but other than that everything was great. We love going here to eat, and will continue as long as the service stays this good!

The service was horrible. I was served burnt pancakes after 45 min of waiting. I waited on a straw for my tea. I had to ask for a refill. By the time I finally got my pancakes the rest of the food was cold. I got the bill before seeing if I wanted anything else in which we did. Gave her money for one order and a card for the other order. I had the money but the girl put my order in her card. When we got ther receipt I was charged her bill which was more and got the wrong change. I will not be back.

The food was good. Service was horrible! I waited 45 minutes to get my dinner. The server said that the “kitchen was backed up”. There were people at 4 tables in the entire restaurant! When I told the hostess this as I was paying her, she just shrugged her shoulders. I didn’t get a price break nor an apology from the management. I was even charged for every extra. Corporate Eat’n Park needs to take a good look at this particular restaurant.
