We are a small kitchen studio that has done some big things. We pioneered the prepared meal frenzy as the first Paleo (and Zone) delivery service and, shortly after, became the first company to ship nationwide. Our eating philosophy combines Paleo and Zone principles; meaning we take clean, whole foods and portion them into the right amounts. Our menu philosophy changes weekly and we specialize in “Reconstructed” Paleo-Zone meals…we take foods that are not typically Paleo and recreate them into a Paleo-Zone version.

I am so delighted I found Eatology a few months ago! It had been difficult for me to get the nutrition I needed while also feeding my 4 kids. With Eatology I’ve been able to have a couple of meals a day that are easy and nutritious for me to pop in the toaster oven, giving me time to help my kids with their meals. Paired with my resistance training and some protein shakes, Eatology has been a key factor in me being able to lose 2% body fat over the last couple of months while only losing a couple of pounds: more muscle, less fat! And this is difficult when you’re over 40 like I am!

I have been ordering recurring meals from Eatology for over a year! I don’t have much time to cook, nor do I like to cook, so Eatology keeps me fed. Also, I have food sensitivities and have been able to navigate the menu with ease and pick what I can eat–and there are plenty of options from me to choose from. The meals are convenient, tasty, and healthy. I have the meals shipped and they always arrive under plenty of ice and in sturdy coolers so they don’t get damaged. The owner and her staff are friendly and accommodating. Definitely a 5 star review!

I’m a huge fan of Eatology! They are the only meal service I’ve tried and actually enjoy the food. There is a good variety of options, the menu doesn’t get old. What’s unique about Eatology is the macros are consistent across all meals, so no more counting and meal planning. The customer service is fast and friendly. I’ve ordered many times now – I was so stoked to find them because of the food lifestyle choices they offer AND you can just buy individual meals, no need for subscriptions (although they have that too). The experience and quality have been great! I’ve not yet had a meal I didn’t enjoy 🙂 The times when a selection I chose online becomes unavailable, I promptly hear from them about what substitutions I’d like to make, if any. I highly, highly recommend this business if you get tired of meal prep/cooking but want to have clean, healthy meal options hanging around for you in your freezer.
