This is a really excellent small town diner. It’s full of regulars, the service is good, and the food is hot and fresh. I couldn’t resist the Sunrise Special, which is a cheese omelet over hash browns and smothered in sausage gravy.

The three four years I’ve lived around town I’ve never gone into the place there was a bit of a line and it is always packed but it is well worth the wait the cooks work really hard they have a variety of food items to choose from and it has been the best breakfast I have ever eaten at a restaurant the portions are amazing the prices are really good for the quality of food and I am extremely satisfied with the overall service and how quick they will get a table clean to get the next person sat this is a must try sometimes you have to peek around the corner to see if there’s an open spot at the bar area to sit if you want to order food if not there’s a little weight not too long of a wait for a booth or a table

Great little small town diner. Excellent service. They keep your coffee cup full with HOT coffee ,not a lot of places do that anymore. The food was great as well. Got the combo plate( eggs,home fries, and biscuit and gravy, husband got French toast ,eggs and bacon. They cook the bacon perfectly. Must try if you are in the area.

I don’t get to eat here very often but when I do, it’s always good. Generally I get French toast and bacon and hot tea. The French toast is really good,it’s 2 slices halved. The bacon is nice and crisp,not under done or burnt. We also have had the pancakes. My kids love them and they are as big as your plate. The prices are good too. Plus it’s home -cooked,not pre-cooked. The host staff are always friendly. There definatly will be times you’ll have to wait for a table but it’s worth it if you have the time. They are only open until 2pm so don’t wait to go too late.

Eaton place is like a piece of Americana! It is what restaurants should be and strive to want to be. They know everyone, and no one is a stranger. It’s like the TV show Cheers, everyone knows your name. The food is hot, affordable, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. It definitely is a staple in town. It is a must try restaurant.

I can’t wait to come back!! For a Monday this place was busy! But I see why!! Best biscuit and gravy I’ve ever had from a restaurant! I was seated by the kitchen so I got to see a lot of the food they offer and I will definitely be returning!!! The service was just as amazing as the food!!!
