Paid $30 for my meal today. Fries were rock hard covered in grease! 3rd time this has happened to me here. Not sure exactly why this keeps happening but it seems they might have been refried or something. I called to let them know and the girl who answered the phone questioned me as if I was lying about it and pretended like that’s not possible. Well guess what it is possible just like this bad review! Never again!

We had never been in the area before and were just looking for a bite but we stumbled onto a true gem here. This diner has the best house made meats I’ve ever had in a sandwich. There was a gluten-free roll on the menu which made it especially convenient to get a sandwich. The fries were HOT and perfectly cooked. Although it was supposed to be counter service only from 2-4 pm they did bring our food out to the table for us and get us refills of our soda. The gal at the counter was very very nice and an excellent server!

I’ve been to Eats and Sweets multiple times and they never disappoint. The food is always well made. The building is clean and even when busy everything comes out promptly. But the real reason this place is a winner is the staff. Emily was our server and she was the golden star of the visit. Prompt always friendly and not afraid to ask to confirm if she didn’t know the answer right away (And she was asked a lot of detailed questions from people while I was there) She does a great job and you should go and experience the place yourself.

Club sandwiches, French Dip, and Fries were excellent! The cream of crab soup was outstanding. The best I’ve ever had. Service was prompt and very friendly. We love to come here. A little bit of old fashion. Very busy at 6 and we had to wait a little but was definitely worth it.
