Went here for my first experience of Pho with a bestie. Totally worth every penny. I’m obsessed with the broth. I didn’t know Pho was made with beef but it is here. Got the Special with all the beef. Amazingly flavor. So fresh and delicious

The good: It’s in a challenging location for parking, but there’s a parking lot just for the restaurant right behind the building. I’ve been there many times and never had a problem with parking.

I’ve been seeking a local spot that serves a rich pho. Eatz was highly recommended by some friends and it lived up to the hype. A cozy and clean little spot with a full bar and a couple Tvs for Sunday morning when you need that hangover cure. Football and Pho might be my new thing. The broth was rich and flavorful, the spring rolls were fresh and delicious. Of course ask for extra jalapeños if you want to spice it up. Great experience, will return.

This is the best Pho I have had anywhere in this country! The pork bahn mi is amazing too! The meats are cooked to soft perfection and so full of flavor. You may have to compete for street parking and it’s not really wheelchair accessible, but it’s bigger inside than it seems, clean, and the staff are friendly and prompt.

I am Vietnamese, immigrated in Canada, living in the US right now and I am only the visitor in Louisville. For the very first time, I found a place selling authentic Vietnamese food like this. It’s not too much at all to say this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in North America. For many reasons:

I really regret that I didn’t find this place before on Frankfort. First of all it’s a very clean place and they should take pride in this aspect. Second, the person who served us, was very courteous and took good care of our overall experience. Third, the food is flavorful, tasty, fresh and they provide plenty of food for a dish. If you are not very hungry you’d be good if you share a dish with another person.

We really enjoyed this place. We had the Pho soup. It was good. Service was a little slow. Only one server. Decor was nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

Eatz was a nice place to grab some Pho on a drizzly Friday afternoon. The brisket, noodles, and shrimp were all fresh and tasty. I will say my Pho broth was sweeter than I’m typically used to, which I didn’t love. Otherwise, I would come back again.

This place and Vietnam Kitchen are my favorite Asian cuisine in Louisville. Vietnam Kitchen has a huge menu and is a staple, but Eatz is absolutely on point with their main dishes. Their broth is amazing; gotta get the pho. Plus, Eatz has a full bar.
