This is BY FAR the BEST culinary experience I have EVER had in Tampa! The delivery, the service, the pairings and the execution of the flavor profiles is beyond unique and to die for! If you aren’t eating here… you are missing out! From the beetroot ( I don’t even like beets) to the duck… you’ll be drooling enjoy !

One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had. My husband and I travel a great deal and are most definitely foodies. This was a combination of amazing service, incredible food (we selected the 5-course tasting menu), fantastic wine, and a special nod to our new buddy Nate, one of the amazing chefs who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was priceless. Thanks to Chef Ebbie for bringing his culinary genius to Tampa- we can’t wait to return!

12 course meal was on point. Only one dish was a miss, the rest were on creative and fantastic. Wine pairings weren’t deep, but they were appropriate and one or two were interesting. Look forward to going back.

Chef Ebbe Vollmer is fantastic. Not only do you get to experience the finest cooking you also get to share some time throughout the experience getting to know him and his history. The 14 course tasting pushed the limits of my bravery and surprised me, I had no idea I could enjoy foods like squid, scallops and caviar. I must admit I’m very traditional when it comes to food. I know understand that all foods can be enjoyable and exquisite when prepared by someone with as much passion as Chef Ebbe Vollmer.
