We stopped at Ecco for lunch and we ordered burgers. The burgers were fresh and perfectly cooked. The waffle fries were perfectly seasoned and so crispy. I dare say they have the best burgers in town! This is our new go to spot.

I enjoyed the pastrami reuben, and my wife had the chicken sandwich. Delicious! Parking is very limited. The host seated us immediately, the waitress came over immediately, and they were busy, too. We will be back. I have my eye on that tender loin sandwich and humongous onion rings!

Was looking for a hometown local place with history and good food after doing the Missouri State Penitentiary tour. Absolutely glad we chose this place. Fish n chips were great! We heard the place had history and to ask the staff about the place. We asked about the bar mirrors and how long they had been there. The bartender shrugged hus shoulders said “dunno” and kept walking. Our server was very distracted and kinda slow thinking. A little off like she was hung over.

Ecco Lounge is a very busy place. Many come for the delicious food and time to visit with friends, maybe before returning to work etc. The food has that down-home country appeal if you are looking for yummy food stop by.

Small place, great food! Several things are homemade, not just frozen off a truck. Service was quick and friendly. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich and it was very good! Definitely go for the waffle fries. If we are ever back in the area, we will return!

Very nice environment. Friendly staff and good beers on tap. I was not very thrilled with my food though. Potatoes were overcooked and my chicken was bland, but maybe I was there on a bad night. Presentation was also great.

So it was a recommendation from a friend to try this place. Was not disappointed at all. The hostess was very upfront about being out of coke at this time. No biggie. We ordered the food. Good portion size waffle fries for the win!
