So good I came back two nights in a row! Excellent martini with blue cheese olives, my favorite! Food was amazing. I modified the baby kale salad to add goat cheese and crispy prosciutto, which was delicious. Ask for Meghan she is awesome!!

Had an amazing dinner and drinks here. We sat on the back patio with our baby in a stroller. Plenty of room! The patio is really wonderfully decorated. Food was delicious and staff was very friendly.

Really great food at Echo. The pizzas and pasta are particularly good. The brussels sprouts side was sort of…sad. But overall everything is quite good and a great option in downtown Brattleboro.

Visiting in town for the weekend and a friend recommended Echo as a must do. Loved the atmosphere here. The menu was unique and food was amazing, so sad the pizza oven was down! They also had a fun drink menu with delicious cocktails. Highly recommend!

Crispy calamari (unfortunately with octopus babies) but the squid were yummy and not the standard frozen meh stuff. Limeade and blood orange aid were good but nothing special- maybe a little sweeter than is like. Margherita pizza was pleasant and as expected. Fried dough was pizza dough style with a couple dipping sauces. Wish they did mocktails.

We stopped in with no reservation and sat at the bar. The service was friendly and quick. We enjoyed the Mac and cheese with chicken. It was so good that we created our own version at home a few days later. We will definitely return to try more from the menu.
